ITINERARY

 Hotel Pickup & Introduction

Our team will meet you at your hotel.

After a brief introduction and safety instructions, we begin our countryside journey with a short ride through Hanoi’s historic Old Quarter before heading toward the Red River.

Long Bien Bridge – Hanoi’s Historic Landmark

Our first stop is Long Bien Bridge, one of the most iconic colonial structures in Hanoi.

Your guide will share the fascinating history of the bridge, originally built during the French colonial period, and help you capture some memorable photos overlooking the Red River.

Coffee Break by the Duong River

We continue riding along the Red River countryside, enjoying the fresh breeze and beautiful natural scenery before stopping for a relaxing cup of fresh Vietnamese coffee by the peaceful Duong River.

This short break allows time to relax, enjoy the landscape, and observe the slower rhythm of life outside the city.

Dong Anh Rural District Exploration

After the break, we cross the impressive Dong Tru Bridge and enter Dong Anh district, where rural life unfolds in a completely different atmosphere from central Hanoi.

Here you will see:

  • Traditional village houses
  • Local farms and rice fields
  • Quiet countryside roads

Phu Hoi Hamlet – Traditional Bamboo Broom Workshop

We visit a local family in Phu Hoi hamlet, known for producing traditional bamboo brooms.

During the visit you will:

  • See how bamboo brooms are handmade
  • Meet the family and learn about their business
  • Hear stories about everyday rural life

This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with local people and understand traditional craftsmanship.

Village Ride through Rice Fields & Local Markets

Leaving the family home, we continue our ride through charming countryside villages.

Along the way you will experience:

  • Local markets
  • Quiet village roads
  • Rice paddies stretching across the landscape

There will be many flexible stops for photos and opportunities to greet and interact with friendly local residents.

 Yen Thuong Village – Vegetable Farming Community

Our next stop is Yen Thuong village, where we visit a beautiful local vegetable farm. Here you will learn about:

  • Daily agricultural life
  • Seasonal vegetable cultivation
  • Traditional farming methods used by local farmers

Dinh Bang Village – Vietnam’s Largest Communal House

The journey continues to Dinh Bang village, home to the largest and most impressive communal house in Vietnam, more than 300 years old.

During the visit:

  • Learn about the spiritual and cultural importance of communal houses in Vietnamese villages
  • Speak with elderly caretakers who preserve the building
  • Discover stories of village history and traditions

 Local Lunch/dinner with a Village Family

We enjoy a simple but authentic local meal at a family home in the village, giving you a deeper connection with rural Vietnamese hospitality.

 Return to Hanoi

After lunch/ dinner , we begin our journey back to Hanoi.

Your guide and drivers will escort you safely back to your hotel.
