Hanoi E-Bike Tours was founded by three brothers who have spent many years working in the travel industry in Vietnam. With a deep love for Hanoi and its culture, we created this company to offer visitors a truly local experience of the capital city.
Our goal is not only to show guests the highlights of Hanoi, but also to help them feel the real spirit of the city — its people, its daily life, its hidden corners, and its stories.
Dat Nguyen
Operating Manager | Co-Founder
Dat was born in Bac Ninh, a beautiful homeland of Quan Ho folk songs and one of the cultural heartlands of the Red River Delta. With 24 years of experience in inbound tourism, he has worked as a tour leader for many well-known travel companies such as G Adventures, UK Explorer, and Vido Tour.
Dat believes tourism can change lives. He is passionate about inspiring young students and disadvantaged women by giving them opportunities to work, grow in confidence, and build a better future through travel.
Phong Nguyen
Product Manager
Phong comes from central Vietnam, a region well known for its strong tradition of learning and resilience. He has 25 years of experience leading tours across Indochina for major travel companies such as Asian Trails, G Adventures, and National Geographic.
Phong is the creative mind behind many special travel experiences designed for international visitors to Vietnam. With Hanoi E-Bike Tours, he and the team have built a community-based travel concept guided by one simple idea: “Hand Up, Not Hand Out.”
Khang Nguyen
Founder | CEO
Khang was born in Hanoi and has more than 30 years of experience in Vietnam’s tourism industry. He was one of the early tour leaders guiding journeys across Vietnam when the country first opened its doors to international tourism.
Together with Dat and Phong, Khang wanted to build a meaningful daily tourism product — one that creates real job opportunities for poor students and disadvantaged women, helping them express themselves, support their families, and become proud of their own journey.
